Restaurant Manager Responsibilities

  • Oversee/Create a fantastic guest experience

  • Ensure that brand standards of quality are met and exceeded

  • Supervise staff training and development

  • Create the restaurant's schedule and adjust as necessary to meet business demands

Restaurant Manager Qualifications

  • 2 + years of experience in Restaurant Management

  • Financial literacy and the ability to achieve targets

  • Strong leadership and the ability to mentor colleagues

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with attention to detail
